This guide explains how your Combatwear order is prepared, shipped, and checked after arrival in the US.
1. Production time
Your order is produced and prepared for shipment within 1 business day.
2. Estimated US delivery time
After production, delivery to a US address typically takes 2-5 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
3. Check your delivery information
Before payment, verify your:
- Full receiver name
- Street address and apartment number
- City and state
- ZIP code
- Phone number and email
Incorrect or incomplete details may delay delivery or cause a package to be returned.
4. Shipping cost
Your available shipping method and cost are shown during checkout based on the order and destination.
5. Tracking your package
When tracking is available, use the tracking details connected to your order. A carrier may need time after dispatch before the first scan appears.
6. Delivery delays
Carrier volume, severe weather, public holidays, address issues, or other events outside store operations may affect the estimate. Keep your confirmation and tracking details until delivery is complete.
7. A package marked delivered
Check the delivery area, household members, reception desk, and carrier update first. If the package still cannot be found, contact the carrier and then send support your order number and tracking status.
8. A damaged package
Before opening a visibly damaged package, record clear photos or a video showing the unopened package, shipping label, damaged area, and item condition. Keep all packaging until your request is reviewed.
