Order & Payment Policy
Use this guide to check your products, payment, and delivery details before your order enters production.
1. How to place your order
Add the products you want to your bag, then choose the available size, color, and quantity. Before checkout, confirm:
- Product name and design
- Size and color
- Quantity
- Current product price
- US delivery address
2. Review before payment
Your checkout summary shows the items and total available for your order. Check every line before you pay; this is the easiest point to correct a wrong size, quantity, or address.
3. Payment methods
Use only a payment method displayed through the official Combatwear checkout. Do not send money through an account, phone number, or payment link received from an unverified source.
4. When your order starts
Your order enters production after payment is accepted. Production normally takes 1 business day before the package moves to delivery.
5. Payment confirmation
Keep your order confirmation and any receipt from your payment provider. Your order number and checkout email help support locate the correct purchase.
6. Payment fees
Your bank or payment provider may apply its own transaction, conversion, or card fees. Review any fee shown by your provider before confirming payment.
7. Changes after payment
If you need to change your order, contact support immediately. A change may not be possible after production or shipment has started.
8. Cancellation requests
Send a cancellation request as soon as possible. Whether an order can be cancelled depends on its production and shipping status.
9. Keep your payment safe
- Confirm that you are on the official Combatwear checkout
- Review the complete order summary
- Check the payment amount
- Save your receipt and order confirmation
- Never send passwords or full card details to support
10. Contact
For an order or payment question, include your order number and the email used at checkout. Contact support before placing a second payment for the same order.
